When our founder wanted a healthier alternative to soda for his kids, he looked to his own Berkshires backyard, a 300 year old maple forest. Sustainably harvested, organic maple is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Joe went to work in the kitchen mixing maple with sparkling water and fresh fruits from the farm stand. To Joe’s surprise, the result didn’t taste like maple at all. What he got was a light, sparkling, fresh fruity flavor with just a touch a sweetness. What started in Joe’s backyard is now a thriving B-Corp based in the Northeast. We tap into maple’s goodness everyday, trusting in Mother Earth to sustain us... and surprise us.
