I was stranded just outside of Wendell. My tire exploded and when I went to change it, it wouldn’t come free. I called this shop and they sent help then gave me an excellent deal on two new tires. Their service was fast, friendly and much appreciated!

Awesome experience. They fixed a flat that Les Schwab said they couldn't. Did it in a half hour on a Saturday & they were busy and didn't charge me a dime!!! Definitely will spend some money on new tires with them when it's time.

The gentlemen at Point S were awesome! I had a blow out on my utility trailer. When the tire blew somehow it bent the fender inward towards the tire. There was no way I could put the spare tire on. They banged out the fender. And found a used tire for me. Jeff was out standing. He made feel so comfortable with what happened. I knew I could trust it would be done. They were my angels. Everyone was awesome. Ollie was great too.. This was the best customer service I have ever had. Thank you, Jeff & everyone for the outstanding people you are!! Had a blow out on our 5th wheel and made it to our campsite, next morning went to Wendell Tire and Jeff took great care of me. They sent the technician to my campsite and changed all four tires. I also had some concerns with my tow rig and Steve the mechanic checked everything out and gave me some pointers. I want to highly recommend this business. Thank you Jeff, Jeremiah, Steve, Luke and Blaze. The entire staff and yes the cat go above and beyond amazing customer service.
