I've called more than once today asking for my blood test results from mid September. I'd originally thought that no news was good news until I saw what my 'diagnosis' has been for quite some time on the Patient Fusion site and became concerned after no calls. I was told they needed to see if the doctor had reviewed it. I mentioned that if no one had reiviewed my blood tests in the last 3 months we have a real problem. Still waiting for someone to call me back.

If I could give no stars I would!The office in Wentzville is horribly unorganized!!A simple blood test to monitor a thyroid condition has not been done 3 times, that I have had my blood drawn for Laurie in this office.The reason they say it hasn't been taken is, \they don't know\every time!!Such a joke and a waste of time everytime I deal with this office!
