I went in for the first time around 3 on a Friday. There’s no drive through so you have to go inside . There was a lot of people inside sitting and standing around waiting on there order which I understand on a nice Friday . But it was so crowded I couldn’t even make out a line to order . The staff didint even say anything to me as I was waiting at the counter . I left before I could order because it was already embarrassing to stand there looking clueless and another customer came in and a employee said “give me one second please and I’ll be right with you “ it was frustrating and I didint want to make a big deal out of it . So I just went to the lake saint Louis one a couple of minutes away and got took care of there .
First time visitor at Smoothie King. Very clean inside with friendly staff. We weren't sure what to order, the gals walked us through the menu and made very tasty recommendations. We went on a Friday, they just so happened to be running a 5 special. We will be returning customers when driving through the area.

Ricky is probably the rudest employee I’ve ever met in a retail location. Told me I should probably learn how to order my items correctly next time. When I questioned a way things were rung up. Definitely won’t be coming back to here from now on.
Delicious, efficient and friendly. Can’t ask for much more!
