I am really disappointed in this location. I have been trying to get a document notarized here for about a week and no one can give me a straight answer about when the notary is there. They say that they are \in and out\ all day so you must call before you go to see if they are there. Every time I try to call they say they are leaving and to try back later but will not let you make an appointment or give you any idea when they will be there. Other locations let you make an appointment so this does not feel right and gives you no way of planning. You are just at their will of if they want to do your service or not. Very strange business practice. I guess I will have to drive the 30 minutes to another location that allows appointments.

They do an amazing job getting everyone's packages where they need to go. The owner, Justin has his finger on the pulse of the business and goes above and beyond to help his customers. I will be mailing from their store exclusively in the future and never going back to the post office again. Thanks for a great job.

The lousiest, lowest, most inconsiderate place starting from the top with the manager all the way down to the rest of them!!! Do not do business with this place, Lord forbid you don’t have the correct labels(s) for your shipment they will, leave your boxes outside and discard them WITHOUT notifying you! The manager was suppose to let us know if he was able to send them off as he mentioned. One of our boxes had a ups label and the company for our return shipment sent 2 fedex labels for the other 2. Manager here said he may be able to send them off after we emailed labels to them. He instead, set our boxes outside in the back of the store for discarding TODAY without calling to tell us we needed to get them. That’s what I was told on the phone by an employee. Thank God I called about the boxes. We would have never got our 650 for the return. My fiancé was quarantined so he couldn’t make it up there last week and we told them that. They NEVER once mentioned they were getting rid of our boxes. Today that was if I hadn’t called. Unprofessional is an understatement! Idk how ups has these kind of people working for them! Sickening! We will NEVER EVER EVER do business through this company again!! As I said in my review, your store is unprofessional, inconsiderate and your employees worthless for setting our boxes OUTSIDE YOUR STORE IN THE BACK TO DISCARD! NOT ONCE DID YOU EVER TRY TO HELP US! THIS IS WHY YOU GOT A 1 star rating and u didn’t even deserve that! Remember your employees are a reflection of you as an owner! They absolutely deserved everything I had to say!! I wish the manager was there so I could have told him about himself as well! Your store doesn’t deliver acceptable customer service! So trust me we don’t NEED/WANT your help. We never received it to begin with! No more business for you bums!!!!!!
