I'm so surprised at the prior reviews. I'm a new pool owner, and upon calling We're Your Pool Service, Marc (the owner) took the time to explain to me how my pool, personally operated, and the components of my filter, pump and heater. He never once pushed me to opt for weekly maintenance through his company, but rather educated me on my pool equipment and how to maintain them myself. He also explained to me basic water chemistry and implored me to call with any questions or concerns. My pool has been looking impeccable all season, and any concerns that have come up, Marc has been there on the phone with me until resolved. He's passionate about what he does, and as a customer, I can honestly say I appreciate it. Pool has been problem free all season, thanks to his guidance!

I knew nothing about a pool aside from how to swim and Marc and his staff had no problems educating me and answering questions even when calling to ask. The service is prompt and timely. I having been using We're Your Pool Service for the past 5 years and very happy with their service. They have opened and closed our pool each year, always doing a great job. Two years ago they replaced our vinyl liner and despite having some ground water the liner was installed perfect. We highly recommend We're Your Pool Service if you are looking to hire a reputable company that answers their phone and meets deadlines.

WE\RE YOUR POOL SERVICE AS FAR AS I\M CONCERNED IS MY ONLY POOL SERVICE THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING CARE OF MY SALT WATER IN GROUND POOL FOR EVER IF EVER I NEED TO SPEAK WITH MARC BROWN FOR ANY REASON HE'S ALWAYS AVAILABLE NO ONE IS PERFECT BUT THESE GUYS ARE PRETTY CLOSE.
