This company is a joke. I was really interested in one of the flats they published, was emailing Ms. Schewe for over a month to try to set a meeting to see the flat and each time she replied that they can't reach the current tenant and will contact me back as soon as he answers. This whole cat and mouse game lasted for over 6 weeks, during that time I sent more than 8 emails reminding them i'm very interested in the flat and to please inform me as soon as an appointment is possible. Ms. Schewe promised to contact me as soon as the tenant replies. After two more weeks I contacted her again and surprisingly the FLAT IS ALREADY RESERVED. This is a shame and a waste of my time and I will never consider purchasing a flat from this company in the future.

Werneburg Immobilien ist eine klare Empfehlung! Herr Werneburg überzeugt als kompetenter, bis ins Detail vorbereiteter Gesprächspartner. Er ist bei Fragen jederzeit gut erreichbar, insbesondere Mails werden ausnahmslos schnell und informativ beantwortet. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist auch sein Bestreben, für beide Seiten (Käufer/Verkäufer) eine faire Lösung hinsichtlich des Kaufpreises zu erzielen. Zudem kümmert sich Herr Werneburg auch um die konkrete Abwicklung (Notartermin, etc.) - also ein Rundum-sorglos-Paket!
