Old and tacky. The kuchen was good and so was the hot chocolate. I did not like that the American couple was on their phone the whole time. Why can't they enjoy their time their without being on the phone? Anyway, good seevice.

Cafe Haag has been cult since my childhood - the cakes and pastry deserve to the fullest the description \home-made\ - in my opinion, they are the best in the whole region! We come back here everytime we are in the area.

The place is lovely and authentic. You can feel that it's a family business and that the place is packed with history. It might not look like much at first glance, but it really is something once you are inside. As for the food, I'll divide it into two, the main dishes and the cakes/dessert. The main dishes are average to good, but you get some huge portions, and the price is low. It also feels to me like what my grand mother would cook to me, which is nice. It also worth saying that they are some traditionnal swabian dishes, which is also a plus. Now, for cakes, I'll just start by saying that the cakes are amazing. It's what they are known for and, I can understand why. I trully enjoyed every bite of the cakes I ate there. So food wise, it's definitely worth it and even better than that. Special mention for the Stollen, I got some of them for Christmas, for my familly, and they were just perfect.
