My husband and I had an appointment on 1/6/2021 and chose to be seen together. Woman took our insurance cards, copay fee and our vitals and left the room. Doc came in and proceeded to give my husband a physical. When he finished with that, he escorted us from the room and that was that. No follow up for me for the blood pressure medicine he put me on during a previous visit. I literally had to ask the woman at the desk about a refill. Sadly, both my husband and I paid the copay fee and our insurance was charged for visits. But I didn’t actually have the visit. We are both going to be seeking care elsewhere.

My husband and I have had Dr. Clements as our GP for 20 years. We have both received nothing but 5-star service. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the human body. He has always been available for emergencies and non-emergencies. His staff has been nothing but professional and kind. We feel extremely grateful to have such a fine physician
Very arrogant Very unsanitary has a dog walking around the whole place with all the doors open since his family practice is his very own home. Very easy to get lost because you don’t know which one is the entrance if it’s in front of the house behind the house or the basement which is the basement where you have to go to be seen. Only has two receptionist that are as old as my grandma, can’t catch up with phone calls or making appointments. The whole place is disorganize.
I have been going to Dr. Clements for many years and have never been disapointed with his treatments for my health issues. I find him to be down to earth and honest in his diagnosis and treatments. I feel he is the best Doctor I have ever had.
Initially had a great experience with my first visit for an urgent matter. Then after becoming a regular patient for a chronic pain condition, I found him to be sexist, condescending, and always bringing politics into discussions (complaining about \obamacare\) that were supposed to be about my medical issues. He's also a pill pusher (pushed opioids on me even after I told him I had a bad reaction and no pain relief with them), and doesn't listen to specialist reports, even after he referred me to them. I eventually changed primary care physicians.
