AIM does a great job, both on site and back office/customer service. Onsite, the products used are great. No smell or residue, pet and plant safe, and long lasting (I get bi-monthly service.). Domingo makes sure to get in all corners and crevices, and remembers special needs or requests from service to service. He always wears a mask and is very respectful of my home and pets. The office team is also great. No pushing unnecessary services, billing is super simple with flexible plans and pricing based in needs. Being a native Floridian I've dealt with a lot of Pest control companies in my years. I'd place AIM among the top and recommend them to anyone in their service area.
Take your money and run!! They never followed through on treatment. 2.5k wasted on a contract to keep the termites away!
