We've been with Benchmark Turf Mgmt for a while and everyone that passes by our property will inquire who maintains the lawn? We are happy to say it's Benchmark and therefore, referred many of our neighbors. They too are satisfied customers. Whenever there is a problem and it's rare, we call Sam and immediately, he makes it his business to stop by and correct the situation. The pricing is reasonable. Sam actually walks the entire lawn and sprays all necessary areas. We highly recommend Benchmark to anyone looking for a responsible, reasonable, reliable, trustworthy and conscientious individual. I can't say enough good things about Benchmark and their services. Sam is a true professional and his knowledge is evident. Our lawn is so lush and healthy. I can honestly say we have one of the best looking lawns in the neighborhood, thanks to Benchmark. I especially like that I receive a notification letting me know that my lawn will be serviced the next day and the contactless invoice/payment system is super convenient.
