Ron is so dedicated to his job. He will push you to levels that you never thought that you could exceed at. He will teach you so much and works with different skill sets in fitness. I have been training with him for 10 months and I have become so dedicated to fitness and learning what he has to teach me. If you want results you will have to put the work in but he will help you with whatever journey you are on. He is the best trainer that I have worked with and I am blessed to be training with him.
