Better than a gym! Great family atmosphere with certified instructors. I felt at home the minute I walked in the door. Everyone who trains here welcomes in new people with open arms; that's amazing! There are no cliques and no ew guy\ looks. There is something for everyone in the family and everyone helps everyone to advance in skill levels. Not only does their kids program rock, their fit program is awesome as well. This is a place where training is actually fun for the whole family! My kids wait at the door everyday ready to go.
