Mostly I buy craft materials, like wreath frames, florals, ribbon, etc. But they have an outstanding framing department that I've used for years. Wait for a decent coupon (70%!), and it's worth it. However, I took a star off for something beyond their control. Their online framing ordering is AWFUL. Customer service is non-existent. My e-mail was returned undeliverable, and yes, it was correct. It billed me twice - over 600! - and then had no record of the order. A letter to Michael's corporate offices went unanswered. They obviously don't care. Very grateful for Cari & Jessica, who unceasingly went after a solution and got my money refunded and more. AWESOME job, ladies!

Per their sign... They encourage you to wear a mask..HOWEVER..if you read the whole sign..it says you aren't allowed in if not..cashier was very rude about it..they don't care about people with health problems and can't wear one..so I'll gladly give my business to a business that cares about my health as well rather than one who's sign says two different things ..you just lost a customer ..

Such a great variety of all crafting items. Some items are a little pricey but thanks to store coupon on their website makes it less expensive. Parking lot is connected to other great shopping and never an issue
