Jon has just installed a triple glazed sliding patio door to our upstairs balcony and the service he provided was exemplary. Excellent service. They fitted our job in quickly, and though it turned out to be more complicated than it had appeared, they stuck with it to a thoroughly satisfactory conclusion, within the quoted price. Contrast that with a certain large franchise that repeatedly failed to come up with a quotation , after weeks - and reminders - and then rang to see whether they could come and do the (unpriced) job that day. When we replace our patio doors Wessex Windows will be the first people we'll call.
