Essex Facilties

Joe came to our campus to ‘pitch’ an idea about a solution for our cafeteria service. He promised he could make it more efficient as well as transition out our current vendor and transition in a better food service. This was an ‘impossible’ task in my opinion. Joe, Mike and John at Empire Market revamped not just the cafeteria space and equipment but also outfitted us with a superior food service at a less expensive price because of their in depth network. Absolutely incredible.

I am a nursing student and came to my University for convenience and for the education. With such a busy schedule (working at the hospital) and going to Nursing school full time, I eat at the self serve Empire Micro Markets from Consolidated Vending because I love the health options and am all about a great grab-n-go dinner or lunch or even breakfast option when I’m studying late or early — I never have to leave my dorm hungry! Consolidated Vending guys came by to set up our fingerprints and smart pay options with the kiosks and the service is excellent too!
