Overpriced. All menu items marked up 35%. Owner gouging his customers. Incorrect order. By the time order is delivered it is cold. No customer service at curbside ie condiments, napkins. New chicken sandwich sucks. Not much better than mcchicken. WENDYS MUCH BETTER QUALITY CHICKEN SANDWICH. McDonalds 1 chicken sandwich is 5.00. Wendy's chicken sandwich MUCH BETTER @ 2 for 5.00. Looks like someone took a small bite out of the top bun, sandwich was just slapped together. Definitely has been sitting for a while. Not even remotely warm. Waste of 5 bucks. Nothing deluxe about this spicy chicken sandwich.
Bruce gave us excellent service. That man needs a jacket or coat for as many times he was walking in and out of the cold. I definitely think that Bruce deserves a raise. He had a smile on his face and was extremely polite! They messed up our order and he went back in and got us everything we were missing. Just wanted to give a huge shoutout and big thank you to Bruce!
Absolutely awful service! Your order at the drive-through you will always be pushed off to the wait-for-your-order stalls in the parking lot. When you do get your food absolutely double check your order they will 100% of the time forget any sauces that go with your order.
Sign at the drive thru says Fish Sandwich 2 for 5. Upon ordering was told they are not honoring it anymore! You may want to remove the sign if that is the case!!! Should have honored it anyway as that is the equivalent of false advertising which is illegal.
