After initially working with another plumber to fix a gas leak in our house, I got frustrated with the information I was getting and called Filan and Conner for a second opinion. Never going anywhere else. Tamie was excellent, responsive, and did everything to alleviate my concerns/stresses and Kyle went above and beyond. Excellent plumber who explained everything and we FINALLY have a fixed gas leak. He also installed a new faucet. Cannot recommend them more. And I think their prices are reasonable for the quality of service. Plumbing is always expensive if done correctly, but I paid someone else to do something that ultimately had to be redone. So I will take quality over saving a few any day.
I just had my master bath completely renovated by Filan & Conner and it was the best experience I had with dealing with a contractor. They made the process easy from beginning to end and more importantly, the work was fabulous. You would not recognize the old bathroom. The workmanship was exceptional and you never knew I had contractors working in my home from beginning to end. Everything was kept spotless. They protected my rugs and they would even vacuum after working in my house. Their office staff could not be nicer to deal with and any little problems, they handled immediately to get it resolved. I highly recommend them. Attached is a copy of the old bathroom and pics of the beautiful new one.
Filan & Conner did a great job on our hot water heater/boiler replacement. We lost our boiler on the coldest day of the winter (on a Friday), and could not get a replacement installed until the following Tuesday. Tony (the manager) was kind enough to bring us a few space heaters to keep the house warm in the interim, and provided us with a competitive price on a new boiler/water heater combi. Jordan and Butch were on-site first thing Tuesday morning ready to go, and put in about 12 hours of work to get the job done in one day. Everyone was extremely professional, and really showed that they care to get the job done right, AND to answer any questions we had about our new system. Without a doubt I would recommend this team for any HVAC jobs in South Jersey.
