I called ahead for an appointment and still waited 40mins before being seen. He'll take care of me and 3 other people at the same time! I'm just trying to get a fill in, it shouldn't take an hour and a half! He double books, and was always behind that's why I quit going, my time is very valuable and scheduled, if he can't keep an appointment then why should I \u200d️

I highly recommend JT Nails! I am very impressed with the quality of product and service. Peter takes pride in his work, does an amazing job and makes you feel like family. I love Natalie's attention to detail on my accent nail and polish. I will definitely be getting my nails done here from now on!
Took my girlfriend there to get a nail fixed, we sat there 3 hours when they were doing one person's nails. The second person working was doing nothing. It took them five minutes to fix her nail, thats it. But her nail is pointed up and not flat. This isn't our first bad visit there. We have had several over the course of three months. Would definitely not recommend going there.
Been going there for years love it never had a bad experience ,I have heard someone complain and it was taken care of instantly just wish they were closer I dtive 32 miles each way but there work is worth it
Love my nails she did an amazing job
Showed up on time and they still made us wait 30 minutes before starting. On the phone I was told acrylic and polish would be 35 but they charged me 50..... my nails are already chipping a few hours after getting them done. I told them coffin and they did square tip. I asked them to be smaller at the end and I was told no. Not going back.
Natalie did my nails and did a FANTASTIC job.
The staff here is awesome and they all do their job very well. Definitely recommend going here.
