At first I was furious when my local Metro was closed out of the blue... But I must admit, I Could Not be any happier that it did now that I found the West Bridgewater location.. It has completely Changed my perspective on the company & my overall cell phone experience in general after dealing with Derrek & Steve a couple times each.. Great Experience. Highly Recommended!!

AWESOME.... THANK YOU!!! Went into the West Bridgewater store shortly after storming out of the at&t store down the street. Walked in Angry, Impatient, and stressed out, not knowing much of anything about the Metro Company. Left a short while later relaxed, optimistic, and smiling, with a phone that I absolutely LOVE (Moto G7 Power). Associate Derrek was great. He was patient, informative, and happy to help. Did ALL the talking to At&t for me to make it possible for me to switch my lines over, which was perfect because I had sworn to never deal with At&t EVER again. Love the Phones. Love the Service. and especially Love the 220 I save every month paying 120 instead of the 340 for my 3 lines. My Only regret is that I wasted a decade and over 30K from not doing so sooner. Thanks Guys!

Great Experience. .. Extremely Helpful. I am a T-Mobile Customer but the gentleman Derek still was willing to assist me and was patient enough to spend nearly an hour helping me navigate my struggles on my new phone. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will be back for sure.
