The man who runs this place is completely unprofessional in every way. No customer service skills. He is the first person you come in to contact with when you arrive and I assure you’d want it to be the last. I’ve been there multiple times and have him the benefit of the doubt of stress but that’s just his awful personality. My friend grabbed her card back and he started cussing her out, a grown man asking an 18 year old woman “if they got a problem” in the most intimidating way possible. Totally disturbing and made me sick to my stomach. It was really sad to be honest and I pray the man gets laid because NEVER AGAIN.

I Met Nahed Tonight . He is Very Friendly and Respectful ! The ambiance is Very Welcoming and Comfortable ! My friends came here and we're treated Very Good !
The owner is not friendly by any means and they play favorites with their customers. He is very rude and abrasive. The prices are too high for this area and I was once told (after waiting in line to get in for an hour in the cold) that we couldn't go in because the owners friends/family showed up and allowed them to cut the entire line. Will NOT return.

As soon as me and my husband walk in at 10:30pm the owner told us they were closed. It was my first time it will be the last. The owner is rude. I was embarrassed they claimed they closed at 1:00am, but told us they were closed at 10:30pm. Never again.
I love Nara. Always playing great music BUT they do not serve alcohol anymore bummer.
If you're looking for a quite place to enjoy company and a hookah, this isn't the place. But if you want to dance to some hip hop music with it being so loud that it almost blows out your ear drums, then this is the place for you. The dj just needs to lose the air horn button on his laptop, not EVERY song needs that played over it multiple times..
