After receiving a lock down message that my laptop was compromised and to call a number to unlock it (Scam), I immediately shut down my laptop, later disconnected it, and called Mike! I have been going to Mike for years now (at least a decade) to repair and check my home and business laptops to remove viruses and to see if the systems are failing before purchasing a new one. Mike is EXCELLENT at what he does, very fast in handling any issues, is fairly priced, and won't try to talk you into something you do not need to buy or get to make an extra buck. I also love his relaxed and down to earth attitude. As a business owner myself, he and I are old school and believe in taking care of our clients instead of looking for extra ways to increase costs. I'm typing on my home business laptop I just picked up from him on my lunch break and it works great, all viruses removed, and it's like new again! I almost just dumped this laptop and bought a new one for 1k!. 'Because all of us in business are struggling, it's great to know I have a trusted resource to tell me if it's time to dump my old laptop or if it can be repaired. I have three laptops in various locations to work on business needs. I've also sent my husband, friends, and family members to Mike and they were all impressed! Mike, the proprietor, is highly knowledgeable, courteous, and always willing to explain issues in easy-to-understand language that even I could understand. Very fair prices too.
The owner is super nice and knowledgeable! Helps with work and home computers.
The technician was unavailable to come to my office, but Mike was able to help me over the phone and less than 10 minutes my problem was solved!!!
