The lady was very nice and explained everything in detail. I was disappointed because I had a wig I never used (still in its box and had it's tags on it) that I was planning on returning, but they won't take it back after 30 days. She helped me find the right size and a very nice one. I wish their return policy was a little more lenient. I would have been happy with a store credit.

Great place for wigs and church attire.
I thought I'd try this company. Big mistake. The piece I ordered was the correct number but NOT the correct color. I returned the piece with in ten days requesting a refund. Total purchase amount was 37.54. My refund amount is 18.04. I'm still waiting to hear what I was charged for that amounts to 19.04. Save yourself a lot of misery. Don't go there!!! I had to click on at least one star to post this review. That is an over rating that isn't deserved.
Received my order, I had questions for returning due to size. One 800# couldn't locate me at all with anything I gave them. So I hung up and called the beauty consultants 800# where I was put thru to a Medical alert special. Didn't get further so I hung up. Then I located their 508# and LM No I don't want an appointment I just want someone to call me back and get my questions answered.
Terrible experience. Quality of the wigs has changed dramatically and customer service is non existent. Currently have an open dispute with PayPal due to their unresponsiveness
