If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. What a waste of time, my wife goes here for the family planning, she is exempt from wearing a face covering including visors for medical reasons.. She mentioned this to the nurse on the phone and when she attended. However when she got there they said they were aware of the fact she was exempt from wearing the mask but to put it on... My wife started hyperventilating they refused to call me in to help out in fact the words were she was faking.. They called security as they didn't want to deal with me... A complaint is going in and I wouldn't recommend anyone with a disability or exemption from wearing face coverings due to covid 19 when following the rules off the gov site to ever go here... KEEP AWAY

Came for a blood test today I am highly needle phobic! Fantastic staff Elsa who was the cleaner Put her cleaning utensils down when she could see me highly distressed and came in and held my hand whilst I had the bloods, amazing lady God will bless her!!!! Pauline and Kim NHS staff who assisted and got blood out of me despite me hyperventilating, I can’t thank you all enough and have called to request you all be given a certificate of achievement or award, the best experience for bloods ever, it’s so very difficult for me with a needle phobia from childhood and often I cancel, but so glad Elsa, Kim and Pauline helped me through, many thanks ladies and I mean it when I say may God bless you all! Xxx

Every time I call the surgery, the lines are constantly busy. I have tried on many occasions to get an appointment and contacted the surgery at 8am. By the time you actually get through to someone, I get told theres no appointments left & to call back. One lady I spoke with was so unhelpful, wasn't interested in helping at all. All you ever get in this surgery is receptions who are programmed to say the same script every single time. Unhelpful & clearly not happy in their role. I regret joining this surgery & will be changing as I am fed up of trying to get an appointment. I work for the NHS also this is unacceptable patient experience. If you don't like your job then leave!!

If i could give this clinic a 0 i would. Its been 13 days ive been trying to call at 8am i run quick to the phone only to be told queue is long at 8AM ALREADY!!!???!!???!!!?? I could be dyingggggggg
