I have recently brought an A-Class Mercedes from this dealership. Absolutely outstanding service from Sham from the very beginning right through to the very end. Extremely professional and also very helpful, I am completely satisfied with my experience buying from here. I cannot praise them enough. They went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal and experience. The car initially didn’t have the module for the navigation, yet Sham assured me that they would sort this with no extra cost, and he followed through with his word. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a car from here, when I come to buy another car in the future I will certainly be speaking to Sham first and foremost.

I purchased a 66 plate M140i from Sandwell Car Sales. Sham and his team were very friendly and very professional, including taking into consideration COVID-19. The car itself I love. The one downside was that I had to have the NSF tyre resealed to the rim/wheel. However, this will not affect my review as it could of happened in the 50 miles I traveled back home and the driving the following 2 days. Sham himself was very friendly. Due to the weather conditions (snow), I asked if they would drive it round the forecourt for me through the cars. He drove the car off of the forecourt and to the exit where the snow had gone. Kind and professional.

Would recommend buying a car from Sandwell to anyone. Have been really pleased with the service given by Sham and the team from start to finish. I travelled down 190 miles to see the car based on Sham's very accurate description of the vehicle and true to his word it was exactly as described, if not better! There was no pushy salesmanship and we were left to look around the car at our leisure. I have been looking for \the right spec \ car for a while now and I found it here at a reasonable price. Great knowledge and service by all of the team here who couldn't do enough to help. We'll definitely be looking here again whenever we decide to change the car in the future.
