Horrible customer service. Who doesn't call someone back just because they don't feel like dealing with them. Know someone personally with Cancer and receiving immunotherapy which they are very hopeful about and they were hoping could get rehab here. Insurance approved but they turned around and declined them because they said she was too much of a risk. Doctor and caregiver tried to call and talk to them about it and they have never heard back. That is horrible customer service especially for a hospital. How is her condition any different than anyone else there? All because of them they won't be home for the holidays. If this place is run by the same people who run the hospital then I'm not surprised about the customer service. It's a 0 out of 5. I have heard so many people complain about that place that they are even putting in their records that if they have medical emergencies they don't want to be taken to that hospital but would rather be taken 30 minutes away. The whole administration needs booted and probably even the way it's being run needs changed. Horrible.

My grandmother was here for broken hip for 7 weeks, not once was her room cleaned by the employees. I cleaned after week 2 of noticing no one else was. She also was stuck in bathroom for almost 2 hours (broken wheelchair was culprit) thru the entire lunch hour, without anyone coming to check why she wasn't at lunch
