I have had used Sovern Construction for a couple projects and am completely satisfied with their work. The employees are polite and the bid price never goes over budget. They are a first rate operation and I would recommend them to anyone. They work hard at not trying to be the cheapest but to give the best value for the money spent. I always say that cheap ain't good and good ain't cheap. These guys provide value!

Gave estimate of a roof problem, made us wait a week for estimate opinion. Young man had covered nail geads will caulk. For area if leak started would only do whole roof or nothing. Billed 96, point is ask cost of estimate prior to it being done. Lesson learned
