Most of the people that work in the Pharmacy are very polite, helpful, and friendly, however, there always has to be \the one person\ that tips the scale on a downward slope. Hopefully someone will be doing employee reviews and watching very carefully at how certain ones talk to and treat customers. When you come across an employee who seems to be rude, impatient, and clearly unprofessional not only does it seem to take a person quickly from a great mood to a not so good one, but it makes me wonder how often they are like this, is it just me, or all customers, or are they looking down at people due to their own personal problems instead of leaving that stuff at the door when they arrive at work. When working with the public in a customer service setting you must arrive with a smile, be nice, courteous, and helpful, when you punch out, pick up that anger or attitude and take it home with you. If it weren't for customers businesses wouldn't thrive.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for my prescriptions over the last few years and it’s been a good experience, I’ve never had a problem with them and they’ve always been friendly.
Picked up my Prescriptions.
On numerous occasions they were asked to refill things like prenatal and not have it. They are almost always out of the most common drugs. The last 4 years they have been terrible! They never tell you when they know they are out. You just have to wait to find out. Totally disorganized.
Went there early this afternoon. Closed again
Called in to get a prescription filled, ask how long it would take to fill. Was told 1 hour, showed up an hour later to pick up my prescription and was told it still be a half hour. This is after I already told them I had to leave town at that time.
