As a couple looking for our first rental property together we are truly grateful for the excellent service Pilgrims delivered. From start to finish the whole renting process has been exemplary. I couldn't say enough to thank Elliot for his professional, efficient, and pro-active conduct throughout the whole process. Everything was dealt with really quickly and in the space of 3 weeks we viewed and moved into our new flat. Excellent service!

Thanks to the whole team at Pilgrims we managed to let a property in 3 weeks, from appointing them as letting agent to the tenants occupying the premises - super-fast given the works and logistics that were required, especially during this chaotic time. I can't speak highly enough of Pilgrims. Having rented a fair few properties through many different lettings agents, Pilgrims have been the best by far. They are made up of a great team and throughout our 3 year tenancy, have always responded with speed and professionalism, and been easy to deal with.
