Helpful staff and friendly, arrived over an hour early for collection of vehicle due to the distance and weather and there was a women who answered the phone and was more than understanding and accommodating.

Made appointment to collect personal items and badges from my car turned up on time no office open phoned was told fork lift driver would come and see me never did I left after wasting a full morning and 50 mile round trip

Stay away at all cost company needs to be shut down said car had frontel dameged starts and drives got there 8 hours later car didn't start due to engine damaged hidden faults stay away guys save money

Always seems to be parcel shelf missing , when bidding and u get beat for a tenner only to see the same cars online the following week or two, be careful buying, car hits reserve but, happens all the time no sale
