Phoned them having initially been provided with an awful service from another local roofing supplier. Anyway, spoke to jake who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Drove over spent a good 30mins offering me advice and working through what I would need for my flat roof extension. Had a good price and purchased all that I needed from them. Excellent Customer Service. Well done.

I was advised by the builder of our extension to visit these guys for the roof (which I was building). I am a carpenter and I built the cut roof but never do any roofing (felting, battening, tiling etc). Jake and Leon are always really helpful recommending everything I would need. They never just recommended the most expensive product but recommended the best and most appropriate. Cheaper than other local and internet suppliers for what I needed. The service is second to none and they can never do enough to assist. I have used them for another job since and they really helped me out sourcing extra tiles the same day from Cardiff when I changed the gauge and needed more tiles. They will offer to estimate the materials for you free of charge if your not confident (which I should have done in the first place). The price is always the best The service is always the best I’d recommend them (and often do) to everyone who is in the market for roofing supplies. It’s a no-brainer!

West Coast Roofing Supplies When it comes to roofing these guys are the absolute best. On the first day Sean the subby (thats what they call him )walked on to the site with his crew- jovial, efficient and fast. The difference between these guys and other roofers were- no shouting of orders- no youll do this and Ill do that. Everybody moved like a very well oiled machine.- When one of the crew finished his task he would just move smoothly on to the next job no discussion no fuss. It was a pleasure just to watch them work. These guys really knew what they were doing. In no time the roof was secure and water tight. The price was first class The completed job was first class The crew were exceptional These people were used to far bigger jobs than my little bungalow,and their professionalism showed. Would I recommend them---I most certainly would. Its a real change to get what you pay for TONY.
