Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great location, and AWESOME selection. Plants can be a little pricey, but are great quality, and they do a lot of propagation in-house which is very cool. Left with a beautiful monstera hybrid and will definitely be back!!

I want to start this off by saying that Jarretts Jungle is an adorable, local florist who has great customer service. I have never had an issue with the actual people or the way they do business. However, my boyfriend has ordered me two orchids from Jarretts over the past two years, and each time, the orchids have mealy on them, causing my other plants to contract them. I’ve had to throw away one orchid because of an infestation. After about a year of getting the bugs under control, my boyfriend ordered me another orchid and again, I’m having the exact same issues. I know that as a florist, it is hard to keep all the plants free from pests, but as someone who is paying a good amount for a beautiful flower, only to have it infest my other plants, I feel the least they could do is make sure the plants they are delivering are free from bugs. I have contacted Jarretts about this issue and both times have been told just to spray alcohol on the orchid and the issue will get better. Unfortunately, I do not believe I will be doing business here again. The orchids were pretty while they lasted.
Honestly, first impression was. I though the prices of some of the plants were kinda steep, but then the quality of the plants and the knowledge of the lady working outweighed the prices real fast, even though the plants I bought died due to me trying out a trial and error type deal. I absolutely love this place and will continue to visit.
Best plant store I've ever been to! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The selection is phenomenal!
