An amazing company that was extremely easy to work with going into and out of my rental property! Mr. Craig and his team are military friendly which is especially important for the non-traditional military community that is Columbia (trainee centric). I would recommend them to anyone and it was a pleasure being a tenant with them!

Office voice mailbox is full. They won't respond back to emails or voice message left on their business cell. They could at least let you know if the place has rented out or not.

Craig and Tawny are wonderful to work with! Not only are they professional, knowledgeable, and timely as real estate professionals, they are incredibly enthusiastic and personable. The application process was quick and easy. I know exactly how to get in touch directly with Craig for any questions or concerns I may have. That kind of service and peace of mind is simply not possible when dealing with those out of state, self service, rental companies.
