Kind, caring and friendly service. I am absolutely terrified of dentists and yet the service I received in Truro was amazing. The two ladies were very gentle and reassuring. If all dentists were this good I wouldn't have the phobia I have now

Fantastic service. After a weekend of severe tooth pain and having no dentist in the area I phoned WCDC on the Monday morning and was seen within three hours. The care was excellent. Both the lady dentist and her assistant were brilliant; totally professional, personable and caring. Ended up having the tooth extracted there and then as it was cracked through. After care advice was spot on too. Many thanks to both of you. Trevor
I would like to pass on my thanks to the two Dentists and Dental Nurses that dealt with my abscess last Tuesday evening and the subsequent tooth extraction yesterday afternoon. I have not been to the dentist since leaving the services 17 years ago and I must admit I went in with a huge painful facial swelling with slight nervousness. It must be said the care, compassion and professionalism I received was second to none. As the dentist said yesterday \if you feel any pain I haven't done my job\. Guess what-I did not feel a thing!! Well done and thanks again.
I had an abscessed tooth, very painful, came on suddenly with alarming swelling. I was very lucky to get a cancelled appointment immediately on ringing. The receptionist couldn't have been more sympathetic and welcoming and the female dentist (French accent) was also sympathetic and dealt with it very quickly and calmly (I knew I would probably have to lose the tooth) She was also incredibly helpful with my prescription, as I can't take pills easily and needed it to be liquid. Have nothing but praise, fantastic job many thanks.
Called at 8:30 was seen at 10. The care that I had was second to none - kind, caring, effective and compassionate. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Absolutely humbled that we have such service available to us. Thank you so much for sorting me out.
