I went in for a nexplanon replacement and the staff were all very welcoming. It was my first replacement ever so I was nervous, but the staff walked me through each step and explained everything as they were doing it. It was super quick and they even provided me a pamphlet detailing the after care needed.

I like how they treat their patients concerning privacy and social distance. Very neat and organize.
