Great everything! Great price. Great people. Above and beyond. I will be coming here for all my auto care from now on for my families two vehicles. Quick story: i requested a tire rotation. I had gotten a flat the evening before i took my car in for an oil change. The spare was on the front. The mechanic told me to wait until i get the tire fixed before doing the tire rotation. Said he would do it if i really, really wanted, but he suggested against it. I don't know any better. They could have done it and charged me for it and i would have been fine with that.The point is, they did what was the right thing to do. Not just go for profits and up-sell. In the long run, they will earn more from me by being honest. This place and the people there live up to their name.... HONEST!

Definitely will return here for any service needs. It is a place you can go that will be straight forward with honesty. Sick and tired of having shops try to sell me something I don't need, or tack on added stuff that is unnecessary. Definitely recommend this location for any vehicle needs. Location is also Family owned and operated, which clearly shows in the customer care.
Mauricio and Derek were amazing help! Very clean office, friendly staff, shuttle was so greatly appreciated, and great prices! I called so many places just to put in a part I already paid for !!! Buy honest1 was very affordable. i think I'll be going here from now on!
This place is the best. I received a coupon for an oil change a few months ago and decided to check them out. I am so glad that I did. The staff is very friendly and always eager to share a joke or laugh while also doing a wonderful, honest job. I had been told by two different mechanics to replace my alternator. I went to honest-1 to get a quote; they tested it and informed me that I didn't even need to replace it. I am so grateful for the money that they saved me today and am happy to have a permanent shop to take care of my car at. I will definitely be back.
This place is awesome. Reception area is so clean. Customer service is very good. The price is reasonable for everything specially the oil change. Two thumbs up

This place lives up to it's name. The work that was done on my car was gauranteed. It's been three weeks and my car runs like it did when it was much newer. Very friendly service. I like that they call to verify any additional work needed before going ahead. They call again when car is almost ready. They even give rides to and from your location if you need it. I have finally found a place I trust my car care to.
Three starts because the people there were very polite. The place was clean and it even had a place for kids. The negatives? The price. Oil change after coupon came out to be about 60. Also they asked to change the air filters. They had taken them out to show me (so the labor was done) and they asked 60 for both. Think about it, the labor is already done so it was free and they get those things for under 15 bucks for both. 45 dollar mark up! Also, the sticker they placed in my car said to return in four months when the oil is full synthetic and the miles of when to return, 3000, were way to low for synthetic oil. It makes you wonder if it was an "honest" mistake.
