My husband and I recently moved to California after spending the last decade living in New York City. Moving across the country is very stressful, especially during a pandemic; however, all of our anxiety went away once we found South Hills. Not only is the property kept in immaculate shape, but the staff is absolutely amazing. Nancy, the property manager, is an absolute treasure! My husband and I have lived in several different places, and we have never met a property manager like Nancy. She is super responsive and accommodating to all of our needs; she has gone above the call of duty to ensure we had a smooth transition and a pleasant experience in our new home. Furthermore, all of the neighbors are friendly and respectful, which makes living here such a positive and peaceful experience. We would give this place 10 stars if we could!

We lived at South Hills from July 2018 to July 2019 and have truly loved our experience of living here. After researching dozens of apartment complexes in the West Covina area, we found South Hills' units and amenities to be the best. The bedrooms are big and the lofted ceilings and townhome style make it feel like you're living in a home, not an apartment. The property managers Priscilla and Alana have constantly been very responsive and kind to us. And, Emilio always takes care of our maintenance needs within a day or two and with great service. South Hills is a quiet, family-oriented, dog-friendly place that is a great option for anyone to consider.

During our visit yesterday, my wife and I were welcomed by Priscilla E and showed around the property. We were pleasantly surprised by her warmth and professionalism and the fact that the tour was the best in comparison to the other six places we visited. Another thing to point out was the few neighbors we met during our visit and our interaction with them which led us to believe that the community would be a great one to be a part of. While my wife and I are in no rush to move and we still have some rental hunting to do we wanted to express our gratitude and joy towards the welcome and treatment we were encountered with by Priscilla E and the community residents we've interacted with. Definitely a good option for us on top of our list.

nobody answers the phone, they don't have an answering machine, even the office is closed when the website says it opens at 9 and you can't find anyone

This complex is absolutely amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They seemed to genuinely care about my concerns and questions. Everything is well kept and the pool area is nice as well. Overall, I would highly recommend taking a look at these apartments.
