Been meaning to put in a review! Beautiful Place! Pretty amazed at the facility and the cleanliness here at the apartments. My boyfriend and I took a tour with Erick and we were very pleased with his customer service. He made us feel right at home when we came by. The first thing we notice was the cleaning crew picking up trash around the complex and maintenance was everywhere. We were sadden that the amenities are not open but with Covid I am not surprised! We are looking to move in during the middle of the year during summer and hope that the amenities will be open by then. Thanks again Erick for the lovely tour!

Amazing Beautiful Apartment Complex!!!!! Just a couple of weeks ago my husband, myself and daughters came in for a tour here. We are coming from Utah and looking for a new place to live. California has always been a dream of ours to live. We checked out possibly 10-15 apartments in a month in California. Some in Pasadena, Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and all over the plan. We never thought of coming to West Covina but we thought it building was very well maintained! We met Eric when we went on a tour here and were pleased with his professionalism and transparency. We love that he was honest and straight to the point. We hope that Eric reads this message and know that he has persuaded us in applying to the Colony. We look forward to living here starting in April!!!!!! Thank you Colony and Thank you to Eric.

I recently checked out these apartments. They look great. The few apartments I viewed had a nice view. The apartments are spacious, well lit, and are equipped with appliances. Great in these times of quarantine. They’re also located in a great location. Close to everything. Our leasing consultant, Eric, was very knowledgeable of the complex. Eric accommodated our needs since we drove a long distance to to view this place. The amenities this complex offers make this place hard to resist. We didn’t choose this because of my commuting needs. But I almost sacrificed my commute! This place is that nice. Worth checking out if you’re looking for an apartment. This is a very nice community and a nice complex.

Nice and friendly neighbors. But the area around is not always so great. There lots of homeless, but overall I'm pretty happy with the place. The maintain the place very well. However the fire alarm goes off almost every week.
