Need to sell? Do I have an agent you should use. I don't recommend often. The people I recommend have to be quite impressive....work ethic, integrity, and punctual. I've met and worked with Richard recently. I know Realtors. I know so many that it would make your head explode. From the very best ones to the ones that are just beginning. I also believe that when hiring a Realtor, you are hiring a person. A person's character, the way they conduct themselves, their demeanor, their outlook on life, and even their accountability. Unlike a product, a Realtor - because they are a person - needs to have outstanding character to truly represent your transaction in the very best possible way.
