I filled out an application when I toured with Kathy and ended up moving in with with the help of Letty. Very responsive, professional and VERY accommodating girls. The courtyard is clean. My home repair got done in a timely manner, and maintenance was able to repair it when I wasn’t home (with my permission of course) which is great! (I can’t always be home for that kind of stuff). Guest parking can be difficult if you have family who come over, because they have no guest parking, but that’s okay because my guest usually find street parking. AND the stores are walking distance which is also a plus because I walk and hike on weekends. So far, So good!

if I can give more than 5 stars i would. great management and very accommodating. they keep the place neat all the time and the managers are very helpful during our stay at the property. The prices are great and neighbors are very friendly. never had any issues with my mail and packages. our experience here was great! Special thanks to the apartment manager (lety) for a wonderful job!

The leasing office management is extremely rude. I called to try and make an appointment but never got a call back. Once I drove out to the property, I saw they had a sign up stating we could not enter the office without an appointment. So I called again in front of the office, where management saw me. She screened my call and didn't answer, then stood up and closed the blinds on me. Honestly, she shouldn't work with a business that revolves around customer service and interactions with people. She was extremely rude, she easily could have answered the phone and let me know if there weren't anymore vacancies but wow. Gold star for rudeness.

It's a lovely quiet place close to everything you'll need to be close too great nice and compassionate landlords the Apartments are a nice fit clean and up to date no bugs at all and I would highly recommend theses apartments to anyone looking for a cozy place to call there own nice neighborhood nice neighbors in some sense it's the perfect community I'm really happy I live here
