Doreen took great care of me filling out the necessary paper work and she is why the 5 star rating. The office, however, in inside the Court House and security measures made for a half hour wait in line to get in the building. The line is nearly non-existent after 9:00AM and is a much better time to arrive. Plan to pay for parking.
