Super friendly and nice staff. They go above and beyond even after my friend told them she wasn't going to purchase an engagement ring but the gentleman still helped her figure out the style of ring and didn't pressure us to leave even though we were there 5mins past closed. Great customer service.

Wife loved the ring I purchased there. Pickup was very easy. However, we went back to exchange the ring for a different size on Sunday afternoon and they were closed (even though the hours posted on Google said they were open 12-6). That's an hour down the tubes! I would call before making a trip just to make sure. BTW, best place to enter mall to get to this store is by Red Robin.

Went in to get a ring cleaned. Waited for 20 minutes to be told they aren't doing that right now due to Covi19. They should have a sign up or it should be posted on the website so we don't waste our time. I don't think they even apologized.
