Long story short: I'm not happy with the service or parts I received and I will not recommend their services to anyone at this time. In 2016 my car wouldn't pass inspection due to a badly rusted muffler pipe. I went to J&D for a replacement. They did not have a compatible muffler in stock and had to order it. After waiting 2-1/2 weeks without a single update, I called them to find out what was going on. 1 week later they had received the muffler for my car. They installed it in a single day. I picked up my car after hours, (due to work constraints). To my annoyance, the exhaust tips were noticeably improperly aligned with each other. One stuck out a full inch further than the other and was also 1/2 and inch higher. But since it took nearly a month to get this far and I needed my car inspected asap, I decided to ignore the imperfections. In December 2018, the Y-Split, (that connects both left & right mufflers), rusted through and the driver's side muffler was no longer attached to the exhaust system. In July 2019, the short curved exhaust pipe that connects the Y-Split to the long \center\ pipe rusted through at the Y-Split & just before the bolted flange. I noticed it while rotating my tires and decided gave the short pipe a gentle wiggle. The short pipe then proceeded to fall off of my car. Luckily this happened in my garage instead of on the highway... So, now neither the left nor the right mufflers are connected to the exhaust system and I have to once again replace the muffler system. The only \good\ news is that my new mufflers should be aligned properly this time b/c I'm going to replace it myself.

Great service, friendly atmosphere, quick, exactly what it should be! Update: been back here when the muffler fell off my Saturn. He fixed and used the same muffler. Could have charged me a fortune for a new exhaust but didnt! Great service!

Almost Friday

The staff fit me in due to an emergency repair. Great work. Fabricated the bends on the exhaust. Had me back on the road to Portland Oregon from PA. Total down time 1/2 hours. Great price. Very friendly.
