Dined here with 3 others and the consensus was that the food was quite bland. The wait after ordering was above average. The chips and salsa, though plentiful the chips had no salt on them. There were a few burnt chips in the second bowl. Hot salsa had heat but no flavor. All four dishes we ordered left us wondering if they forgot to add the flavor packet. My wife's was a little overcooked. lighting in the dining area was less than dim almost needed a flashlight to read the menu. Our waitress was great the drinks never ran dry and the basket of chips was full.

Raul's is the best Mexican food I've had in my entire life. They're unique style of relleno and tacos are incredible. I am from Tennessee and I will be back for more. Props to Tyler for great service! Christina must have been looking for the Taco Bell down the road.
With experience in food service I like to critique restaurants often. fast and friendly service. our server tyler was polite and quick to help us with any of our needs. food came out in less than ten minutes and was excellent. I got the "favorite letter b" two corn enchiladas (one beef and one chicken) refried beans and fried rice. If I didn't live 800 miles away I'd be a regular.
Good service from waitress. Delicious enchilada (#3). Wait time was a bit long, but worth it.
My family and I love this place !! Service is great , management is awesome . Raul's is a perfect example of a wonderful family who chose to share their amazing family recipes with the rest of the world . My personal favorites are their mild salsa , queso & chips , flour taco , and corn enchiladas . They always have inviting deals throughout the week as well. Give them visit if you haven't already and enjoy :)
The complimentary salsa was just tomato sauce. When I asked if they had any other salsa or hot sauce, they said no. It's sad that a Latin restaurant doesn't even have hot sauce. I asked about the queso dip, and found out it is made with velveeta. When the manager stopped by to ask about the meal, I told her the chicken was bland and had no seasoning, and I was told it was that way on purpose. All of the food seemed ill seasoned. Though the poor food was acknowledged and apologized for by the waiter, no discount/alternatives were offered.
Slow. The rice was like uncle Ben's. The "homemade cheese dip" was like velveeta with rotel in it. It took over 30 minutes for our party of 2 to get our food. Fajitas and the taco dinner. I could've cooked it faster at home. There were maximum of 10 people - 4 parties including us in the building. Saturday 12:30 lunch. It was freezing and smokey in there. Almost like the vent in the kitchen wasn't qorking. Also very pricey! A soda was almost 3. Fajitas and 3 tacos, rice, beans were 11 each. Our lunch bill was over 30 for the items listed above. Mexican lunch shouldn't be that expensive...especially without alcohol.
my family has been going here for years long before the current location and have been happy with the service but this time it was horrible idk if the current owner just doesn't care anymore or has given up but she didn't even blink at how our service was we waited for over an hour for food and still received burnt food and wrong orders with no offer to fix it or rectify it in anyway they acted like our table of 7 was non existent it was a very disappointing experience my wife posted this to rauls facebook page and instead of contacting her they just removed her post....this is not the rauls tradition!!
