The office staff is very friendly and the Doctor is calming and thoroughly explains every part of the process. The surgical team is entertaining and really puts you at easy during the procedure. Each appointment is efficient and the caring staff makes the experience great! I highly recommend it and wish I had done it years ago!

Everyone that works here are personable. They make it easy and fun to come in for follow up visits. Surgery was quick and done easily. I would highly recommend getting surgery at this location. Dr. Schulz was great to work with and everyone a year later still recognized me. Had my surgery Feb 2018 and it has been an amazing year. This was one of the best choices I've made to get Lasik and could be happier with my choice to have it performed at LASIK Vision Institute.

After filling out a short questionnaire on their website I received a phone call within the hour. They scheduled my appointment promptly and with my schedule. My consultation went smoothly. The girls and Dr. Schulz are great! I highly recommend them. The customer service is outstanding! The surgery is very affordable and they offer a very easy payment plan.

Awesome customer service! The staff are very understanding of any nervousness and explain things very well - they are very good about answering any questions and keeping up with correspondence. The actual surgery went very well - and very fast - it was scary but amazing and I would do it again. It's been a little under a month and both eyes are already at 20/20 and the eye doctor said they should continue to sharpen over the next few months which means I'll most likely end up with better than 20/20 vision in both! I am so glad I took the leap! I definitely recommend The LASIK Vision Institute! If you're looking to get LASIK - go to Des Moines.

Easily the best thing I’ve done, had better eyesight than my contacts after a day. Highly recommend taking a nap once you get home because you won’t be able to open your eyes. Everyone there was very helpful and the surgeon talked me through everything to ensure it went well. Great experience overall

The staff here is so friendly and welcoming! Dr. Schultz is amazing! He really takes the time to walk you through the entire process ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect, and then during follow up appointments he is on point with communication about aftercare. From the moment you walk through the doors you can genuinely tell that everybody there cares about you as a person! One of the best decision of my life, and so glad I chose the right team of people to help me through it!
