Very disappointed in the way Dr Reynolds just told e what I need to do.... I wanted help dealing with the my situation, not to tell me all the things I needed to change. Big waste of time and insurance money.

I finally had the courage to talk to my regular doctor to get to a psychiatrist. Was starting to see this place for my agoraphobia and anxiety issues. I showed up for my 2pm appointment, and was told, even though I was holding the appointment card, that my appointment was at 1pm. The woman at the desk wouldn't even look at the card I was holding and was telling me that I didn't k me what I was doing....considering it took me everything to get there this day, including 2 people to encourage and go with me to get there, I knew when my appointment was. I ended up having a meltdown and left. 2 days later, I get a letter that they wont see me anymore because I didn't show up to an appointment.... Probably never going to go see another one ever again...took me years to try to find help, and just 3 visits to never go back.

We showed up for my daughters 8am appointment at 7:45 and waited until 810 when I asked when we’d be seen. We were told to keep waiting and at 8:30 I asked again and they told me I could keep waiting but had no idea how long it would be. At 8:40 I said we’d have to leave but that we needed a med refill and they said they’d send it and confirmed our pharmacy. They even called later that morning to confirm they sent it. Then we go to the pharmacy to find out they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. They were rude and unprofessional through the whole experience and we never even made it past the reception area.

This is the most ridiculously unprofessional counseling/ doctor’s office I have ever been to. I tried to see a new counselor here (Mandy/ Amanda) and I went into an appointment and she randomly cancelled that appointment and all of my 8 future scheduled appointments and did not contact me or give a reason why. Also saw a psychiatrist here and I called 3 days in advance to cancel my follow-up appointment. They marked it as a no-show and sent me a letter stating I am no longer allowed to go to that clinic. Fine by me- the new psychiatrist I was seeing was asking ME what medication I think I should be prescribed. Do yourself a favor and DON’T go here. Poor excuse for a counseling/ psychiatry clinic. The state should really look into them.

The worst place I have ever had to deal with when trying to get the help my wife needs. Absolute quacks of doctors prescribing medicine that doesn't even help her.
