Sorry to say so disappointed on your calling system and the stuff in a rush ...No one answers properly kept me wating for 2 days saying my parcels going to be delivered ...still no sing of eirther of them ...and failures in the online tracking system as well . :(

Unprofessional and not reliable. I was given courier pick up time from 3-5 pm, no one turned up. After calling up the office at 5, I was promised pickup by 7 as the driver was running 'late'. Still no show and the office is closed now. No one called up to apologise or rearrange another time. Do not trust them for your urgent or important deliveries.
