Blakey’s Style

They don’t even deserve this one star I wish I could give them none they booked my daughters appointment knowing she was 4 I told the receptionist when I made the appointment and she said it was fine. They call me to confirm only to tell me the doctor won’t see her because she’s not 5. I ask to speak to the doctor and they told me no. This is beyond unprofessional and ridiculous.

The young lady was rude I've been going here for years and never had a problem until now. She treated me like my business wasn't welcomed and was very short with answering my questions. The old staff was always friendly and polite. Idk what happened to this place maybe in the future I will use their services again.

I took my children to west end eye clinic to have a vision exam and get some new glasses. The Doctor and her Staff were polite and pleasant to deal with. I had no issues.

This place is horrible my experience taking my children there was horrible. The customer service is horrible and they never made sure my sons glasses fit to him, I’ve never wore glasses so I didn’t know they still have to do that once the glasses come in, not to mention he told me that he couldn’t see in the frames and when I called them about it, I got the run around. This is serious because my son suffers from a retinal detachment.The location is also very sketchy so I should’ve known better in the first place but I was desperately trying to get my sons to a eye doctor and I didn’t want to judge a book by it’s cover and I believe their black owned, so I gave them a chance. I don’t trust them and now I have to make another appointment with a different doctor to have a second opinion which is very inconvenient and costly. Do not go here!!!! If I could give them NO STARS I would. Also the eye glass pickup is inconvenient and ridiculous
