Great Service! Very reliable. Showed up when promised. Responsive to emails and questions. Very reasonable priced. Hired to repair Andersen storm door that was under warranty. Andersen sent the parts but the repair was not doable. Wesley got me a brand new door at no extra cost. He fixed 2 windows that were hard for me to raise and fixed 2 screens. I highly recommend this company!

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Called their office on Monday to schedule an estimate for Window Repair. Thursday at 5pm was the soonest they could fit me in, so I agreed right away (even though it would be inconvenient and I would need to rearrange my work schedule) as I understand how busy places can get. The receptionist assured me that Westley would see me on Thursday at 5pm. Except Thursday at 5pm came and went with no-show or call. By 6pm I called their office to see if everything was alright/if we needed to reschedule. The receptionist confirmed that I had the correct date & time, and that I was on the schedule for Thursday at 5pm and she didn't know why they hadn't shown up. She said she'd contact Westley to see if the last install had gone long or if anything was wrong and that she would call me back right away. 7pm came and went, 8pm, 9pm. It's now Friday afternoon and I have no missed calls, no voicemail or attempts at contact or explanation from anyone at West Glass Replacement. I'm really glad I rearranged my entire work schedule this week to more inconvenient times so that I could be home early that day and wait around for nobody to show up.
