Dr. Rosemarin personally called me and cleared everything up. He promised he will personally take care of any of my issues. I am happy to restore a 20 year plus relationship.

I called to make an appointment, I was asked what type of insurance did I have , I was told United insurance was accepted, so got an appointment with dr rosemarin , I went to see him twice all was good , paid my 50 deductible then I get a bill in mail for 215 for my first visit , I call up the office and I’m told that Dr Rosemarin does not accept United . So now I’m probably out of pocket for 500 because I’m expecting a bill for the second visit , I am absolutely disgusted by how I was lied too , I would not recommend this office to anyone . I would give zero stars if I could .

Front desk staff is very rude/has horrible customer service. Tried to book as a new patient, but decided to go somewhere because of this.

I saw Dr. Rosemarin for his weight loss program and it was definitely a mistake dealing with this doctor. After the initial consultation where he sells you on his products and or surgery as an option, you will need to see him every week. After the nurses check your weight and vitals, then does Dr. Rosemarin come in to see you. The problem is that he walks in and makes an about face and walks out without wanting to address any questions you might have. If you're expecting any advice to help you in your struggle, forget it, the line has to keep moving. Would NOT recommend!

Honestly I think it's terrible this place has one review and that it's 1 star. First off I've been going here for several months. The staff are extremely nice and work to schedule appointments around your schedule as best they can. One day I was over an hour late due to heavy traffic and they said no problem when you get here we'll see. Whenever something comes up and I have to re schedule it's not a problem. The minute I walk in I'm in the exam room with 10 min (not 2 hrs like other places). This is why I've given this place all 5 stars.
